5.6 Intro to Parallel and Perpendicular Lines
Parallel Lines: SAME SLOPE, different y intercepts
Perpendicular Lines: SLOPES ARE OPPOSITE RECIPROCALS, any y intercepts
Opposite reciprocal - change the sign and flip the number
